At Percival Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
